Non Amex Velocity

It's actually a good question that I've seen across many threads. It's a good idea (IMHO) to create this "purpose" thread in the correct forum.

I think common consensus at the moment is ANZ something or other which I'm hoping that others will elaborate on.
 
CBA Cards earn CBA points which can be converted to Velocity points. The personal 'Diamond AMEX card' earns 3 points/$ and I think the conversion to velocity is 2 CBA/1 velocity.

Virgin money high flyer visa springs to mind, 1.25pp$ until April then it gets a reduced earn rate of 1pp$ with a further reduced earn rate of 0.5pp$ after 10k per month, it also earn at 3pp$ for spend at Virgin
