Looks like a decent mini RTW type of airfare.

As an aside, it can be an extremely difficult fare to get seats on, so you need to book ahead, and if your dates arent flexible, you might want to consider booking 6-9mths out to guarantee your preferred dates

Travel Agent - and a thinking one at that. Someone like Trailfinders would be better at this type of fare than a generic flight centre type of consultant.

I used this fare in September last year (it was $1900 back then). I booked through Australian Travel Agent : Best Flights - discount travel - Travel Agent Australia and had no problems with availibility about four months out.
