Due to issues in obtaining award and upgrade data for the below airlines, we have removed them from our list of supported airlines in the Award & Upgrade search for the time being. This also means that any active Flight Alerts for those airlines are not currently working. We’re reaching out because you had at least one active alert that is affected by this outage. The affected airlines are:
Then after that is a list of every Star Alliance airline.
Thought it might just be an outage until I came across this post from OMAAT
ExpertFlyer Loses Star Alliance Award Availability
Ben outlines his theories as to why this has happenned
Looks like it could be bad news

Meantime I was just about to check on some Award & Upgrade Alerts. Unless there is a solution I will now have to revert to the tedious day by day, methods.

Interested in everyone's thoughts.

OMaaT lists VA as well, included, on his theory, because UA was EF's source, and UA included VA (and Visitara) so maybe UA have blocked EF's access/technique.

Unless fixed in a short time, will be a great downgrade to the service, and some subscription rebate might be appropriate!

I don't think this is a coincidence ...

So I don't have EF subscription at the moment.

This year I flew like star alliance RTW using EF to search for I class availability to build my itinerary. I would search for a routes and then award availability plus or minus 3 days.

Is that feature now gone? Because I have amex miles to convert to krisflyer before devaluation and might have to rethink, if I cannot build an itinerary for 2024. It was hard WITH expertflyer to find a route that worked, without it, impossible.
