Also caught up with Ewing as well and just as well because if it wasn't for me his flight would have been delayed for at least an hour!

Damn, I was on the flight to ADL at 15:25. But poor planning had me getting out of the taxi (after boarding had commenced) and walking straight to the gate.

Not really. But I expected it this week. It was the last of my Lidcombe meetings for the year and I did lunch afterwards. So I was running a bit late; the driver actually did a great job getting me to the airport in about 30 minutes.

The week before was a massive mistake for me to catch a cab, normally on the train when I'm in the city. As you proved train was the best option.

(I'm in Mascot which is one stop on the train to the airport and am thinking of leaving at 3:30pm anyway - and I could do with a beverage :mrgreen.

Really bummed I can't make the dinner though - I'm coordinating major infrastructure maintenance at 5am tomorrow!
