Nursing home access payment on credit card?

Anyone been able to pay the nursing home access payment(RAD, buy in) on credit card?
Are CC fees involved?
Can you make multiple payments?

Surely the invoice they send you has the payment options on it.

Told it was digital payment only....but have not scene forms....hence the question.

I do think it would be unlikely as credit cards do charge fees and the RAD is refundable at the time the resident no longer uses facility .
I wonder if the monthly fees maybe payable ?
EDITED to add that when I was paying my mother's nursing home fees (up till end of 2016) the only choices were cash (direct deduction ) or cheque
