NYC to LA best seat suggestions please

I'm flying from JFK to LA on Wednesday night this week on a 6.30 flight and it is a full moon. Just wondering what would be the best side of the plane to sit on to catch a glimpse of the moon. THe moon rises in the east at about 6.40 So I'm guessing sitting on the Left (facing the front) would be best.

Northern hemisphere? Go for Southern side of aircraft; left as you indicated already.

In reality I doubt you'll see much on the generally Westerly bound flight.

In any case, enjoy your flight.
