Ardern is a one trick pony, however the planets will align and she will win undeservedly.

All incumbents have a natural advantage and the 600,000 entreprenurial Kiwis are in Oz so that drains the Nats voting, well that’s my hypothesis. (Probably make a good Uni research project as to why so many have made the Gold Coast home)

Jacinda will win easily - surfing on the wave of 3 years of adulation and fawning media coverage I don't think there will be any reporting of an alternative. Though the lady the Nationals have put forward certainly seems very accomplished and would no doubt do a good job if she were to prevail.

Whoever can achieve the resumption of travel - I will be cheering for them!
