odd message from Singapore Air when managing bookings

I have two redemption tickets booked to fly back from Amsterdam in October. When I logged into my account to manage my bookings, I am greeted with the following message:

It seems very odd a message to present me with all the usual options about my booking like this without really explaining if anything else is going that's prompting this. I mean, with any booking, my options are to keep, change, or refund. Why do they want to put it as an "Important Notice" with an exclaimation mark?

Does this usually mean something? Like a flight is overbooked/oversold? Likely to be rescheduled? Or worse, redemption ticket cancelled in favour of a paying customer - I have not known SQ to do this, only bloody QF does this...
 
i had that too earlier this week for the same AMS to SIN SQ323 flight
i just ignored it in the end.

The flight out of AMS used to be at 11.15am departure, then it changed to 11am and then it changed to 10.40am.
rest remained the same
 
Had the same one also, when leaving from AMS, with no email notification.

I ended up moving our flights to one day later to give us a bit more time at the end of the trip, and all worked well! No issues (also redemption J tickets)

Thanks for the reply guys. Looks like an AMS exclusive issue...

Two years ago there were all this talk about AMS being too busy. Is that still the case? Is the customs/security line still 3hrs long?
 
Security was fine, maybe 15mins.

Then we took about 45-60mins to get through passport control as had to visit a desk as had baby, and they only had two guys on duty and they looked like they were being trained, so on go slow. Eventually a third turned up and started rattling through them, seemed crazy slow for an exit check. Queue was getting pretty bad behind us as time went on. E-gates seemed to be flowing ok though if Aus passport.

We only ended up with 20mins in the lounge as gate was 15-20min walk away after all that and we arrived at the airport at about 8.20 for 11am departure. Lounge wasn’t that much anyway, had a section of it reserved for SQ business called ‘The winter garden’ but it was pretty full so we just stayed in the main area for a quick drink and bite

So busy, but certainly not the horror stories

Then sat on the plane waiting to push back for an hour… But doesn’t seem to be the norm
 
Had a similar message for a flight from KIX earlier this year. Took the opportunity to reschedule the award flight to a more convenient time without penalty.
 
Was quick for us luckily as no kids travelling so could use egate with Aussie passports.

But yeah otherwise the Q was huge

Security had a special Q for J/F pax so was also quick
