Was browsing reward seats for other purposes and noticed something of a unicorn pop up - a QSuite available using classic Qantas reward points. The catch is it's in 3 days time from MEL to DOH. Still, it may be of interest to someone here as an opportunity to experience a QSuite for a mere 119,200 points (plus $564AUD in taxes).

Yes, Qantas gets the scraps of whatever QR has left 3 (or maybe it's 5) days before departure.

The price is highway robbery given AA sells the same seat for 80K points + $USD61 & BA sells it for 70K points + $AUD202.
