re: "oneworld" award (140K/280K/420K) Planning - The Definitive Thread
Hi all,
Hoping to tap into the brains trust with this question...
My itinerary appears to have been ticketed; using checkmytrip.com I can see:
Yet, as yet I haven't received an e-ticket email from Qantas. I called them and asked for them to send it through to me, and received just another itinerary (does not have my eticket number, baggage etc. printed on it). When I last spoke to them, they were talking about "Oh this ticket was manually processed" or something (why? Shrug)? I can only speculate that the normal automated process tries to follow OWE rules and because my OW award violates the OWE rules, this needs manual intervention...
Is it worth calling again for this? Or should I just print the PDF from checkmytrip.com (frankly I don't like this idea...)?
