Ongoing Delays With Points and Status Credits Posting

Hi VFF

Can you provide an explanation as to why recently Points and Status Credits for Virgin operated flights are taking in some cases up to 10-14 days to post to individual accounts. I refer you to the following thread which has plenty of examples of these extended delays. Points and Status Credits use to post within 24-48 hours.

Many members are now relaying on submitting retro claims , to expedite the process.

I thought that may be the case , but also thought it didn't hurt on the chance they may respond . Will see what happens
