Just wanted to let others know of a restriction that I only learnt of yesterday.

Online international bookings may be changed once, and once only, by clicking "Change Flights" on manage my booking. After it has been changed, that option disappears and any changes must be made via phone - including the phone assist fee.

The premium desk was able to waive the phone assist fee, but the general desk had previously stated categorically that it would have to be charged, so YMMV.

(Just in case anyone gets the wrong idea, this isn't a complaint, just a warning :) )
