I cannot recall the last time I had a physical card but last time I looked they were available on request.

If I had a dollar for every card I had requested, but never received.....

Yes, last one expired March 2017.

Havn't had Diamond since ...

This is available online and has name and membership number on it but no expiry date

Until.last year it would show the expiry date.

This often differed from what was shown on the honors home screen after logging in. Even that was consistent.
