Option 1 or 2?

Sorry for the running commentary, but no resolution.

Agent said that the points + SC's will hit my account within 24 hrs.
I had to ask him for a receipt of the request, which he gave me (in the form of an SR number.)

I'm not confident at all that this will happen.

This hasn't been as easy as some of you pointed out. The agent did have a thick accent and an English comprehension problem, which didn't make things easy off the bat I'll tell you that.

Thoughts?

I'm not 100% sure what you are asking for either (and I didn't know there was a Jakarta callcentre)
I think the only thing you can ask is
"Can you arrange for original routing credit of itinerary xx_xx?"
If they don't know what ORC is (and you can't get then to put you onto someone who does) then I'd suggest HUACA (=hang up and call again)

Edit: your reply came while I was typing. Maybe resolved-fingers crossed

That's what I did.
It wasn't resolved on the spot is all I was saying.
The gentleman was from Manila I apologise.

The question you posed is exactly what I asked but he couldn't really comprehend, and I have zero faith that it will be dealt with within the next 24 hours.

I don't see any reason why this wouldn't get resolved anyway at a later date.

I do have a trip the week after next, maybe they could even sort it out at MEL or SYD...

So.

I could not get my original routing credits, and Qantas support for FF's is closed til the end of the month, which leaves me on 590 Status Credits.

Just thought I would mention this in case anybody has any further ideas?

Thanks.
