Easy - just buy a $2 SIM from Woollies, port out to Telstra or Vodafone and then take up the Optus offer as a "new" customer

Optus have brought back double data deals - the best value plan is 30GB for $36/mth after the 20% off referral discount, and whilst it's a 12mth contract, the discount and double data are for 24mths (or likely as long as you remain on the plan unchanged)
