P1 Fulfilment pack with unexpected surprise - bit of a fail really

Got a call from the SST notifying me of the problem and they will be sending out the correct benefits shortly. Either a few P1s have called to ask WTF or one CL's PA has called to say WTF... Reckon that might have been a batch problem.
 
QF loyalty just can't get their act together - got a double status offer in email with dysfunctional links and nobody at QF would give written confirmation of the offer.
