I came across this online last night... the experience of a 1970's Pan Am 747 with 5 course dinner and drinks.

Looks like it could be a bit of fun, but you can only book as a pair and I'll be on my own. A long shot I know, but is anyone around LAX on the evening of May 6 who would be interested in going?

Looks like its popularity is such that the next available sitting is in July and it is by invitation after lodging an email request (sounds like a ballot). Hard to plan a visit on that basis.
