Hi team, looking for recent apartment or similar recommendations for five nights in Paris October 2025. Need two rooms (1x couple, 1x single adult), easy walk to the Metro but not a deal-breaker. Prefer moderate pricing & spacious if possible, rather than lux & large accom.
Have been to Paris 5x times and stayed as a couple in a variety of small hotels in single digit districts and twice with friends who either lived there (Ivy-sur-Seine - borders 13th/ Asian quarter) or had access to a large family apartment (17th - Rue de Courcelles). Comfort plus convenience to neighbourhood bakeries, weekly markets etc. is key.
Single friend has also been to Paris but well before the Louvre acquired the pyramid, so general sightseeing, walking tours, catch the Metro most days, interspersed with (likely) 2x day trips to Versailles and Reims/ Epernay.
