I once used a carwash place in the inner west in Sydney in a regular basis. One day I returned from the city earlier than expected and my car was not there.
I called the police and the owner who took my car was arrested when he returned. Can't trust anyone!

I do like the idea of taking a screen shot of the dash plus outside of the car if you're leaving it. 99 times out of a hundred you might afterwards just delete it, but it could be very handy on the 100th. Very hard to prove your case after the brown stuff's hit the proverbial. Funny old world when we start thinking this way though
