Patchwork fabric shopping in Tokyo

I've been told that the patchwork fabrics in Japan are beautiful and it was recommended that I shop for fabrics whilst there. With some research I believe there are some wonderful shops in Tokyo. Does anyone have any tips on where in particular to go? +one is more than happy for me to shop however is now asking how long I need. I am assuming that is all dependent on how spread out the outlets are if I need to go to more than one. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

There is quite a concentration of stores in Nippori, which is also quite an atmospheric neighborhood.

IIRC, there weren't specifically patchwork fabrics, but Blue and White in Tokyo was lovely. There were tengui, which might be aboe to be used for patchwork??
