I signed up to and used pay.com.au last week for the first time & was quite impressed with their customer service.
Currently I am using one service for Visa/MC and another for AMEX. I hope to consolidate into one.

I had a large payment and with a brand new account they were happy to proceed and I used my amex to settle.

I'm also trying to integrate with their airwallex partnership for FOREX payments (waiting for airwallex to approve my business account currently)

They have various plans so if you pay a higher monthly fee the surcharge they charge reduces
These charges & plans are here: https://pay.com.au/pricing/ (there is also a free plan)

Referral deal:
If you pay $10k worth of bills in your first month, you & I will both recieve 10,000 pay.com.au points each.
These convert to 2.5:1 to QFF, KF or VFF

Here is my referral link: pay.com.au - Business payments easy and rewarding
or just use my referral code: 17F6E0

thank you to the kind members who have used my referral 😁

Hey I'm looking to sign up. Do you know if this referral offer is still valid for 10k pay.com.au points each? I could only find the referral T&C page but nothing else on their website to indicate it's still valid.

pay.com.au currently have a deal whereby you can get 5k bonus velocity points if you sign up using `VIRGIN5` promo code and make $10k worth of transactions in the first month.
i've just done so this week, and as a data point, will report back when the 5k points hit my VA account.

going down this route results win an extra 1000 Velocity points.
Otherwise 10,000 pay.com.au points will transfer to 4000 Velocity (2.5/1)

I see there is a QR 10k avios offer at the moment too. Is there any value in using pay.com.au for a non-business owner, or do the fees kill it? Bills to pay include school fees, utilities, mortgage, rates, insurance etc. Most have a fee for using credit card.

IMO unless you can deduct the fees and claim back the GST its not worth it.. but YMMV.
perhaps to get the SUP it might be worth it?

There's a handy calculator on the website. Ignoring payrewards points, it looks like $100 for 10k Citi rewards points (---> 5k VA).

Add the SUP and it becomes an ok deal. Not sure if it's possible to use more than one promo code (there's a variety of offers atm) so can't stack a referral with the QR promo.

The water gets a little muddy when changing the options for subscription prices, card type and rewards tier. I have an Amex offer for 10k payrewards points that would stack, but Amex costs more and it's not on the Amex I'd prefer to use.

It looks like it might be possible to hit it and quit it with free Premium member trial too. I feel a spreadsheet coming on.....
