Pay through Auspost bpay towards amex?

Can you still earn points if you paying via bpay on auspost website through your amex?

Paid 5 bills, council and water. All came as full 2.25 ppd with Amex and PayPal postbillpay

Click on scan, and scan Barcode

The option for PayPal or not will simply show up

that's novel, I did not realise you could do thart. i do onlne on their website and it gets tedious re-entering etc. Thanks

I have downloaded the correct app now. It is the red app with the P on the white circle. I am using Apple. Despite my council rates having Post billpay as an option, the app wouldn't accept it.

That would be the Charge
It is of course 2.25 Membership Reward points which is equivalent to 1.125 airline points in the majority of schemes (more for QF as there are regular transfer bonuses, fewer for any that needs to go via Bonvoy)

Thanks, Qantas Ultimate Amex gives 1.25 QFF, was getting excited for a moment !!

For the Platinum Charge you can potentially get 2.25 MR points for 1.4 QFF points if you wait for the 25% Qantas Points transfer bonus which comes every now and then. But its rare.
