paying for a flight whilst travelling

so angry as been spending the last 2 hours trying to pay for a virgin Australia flight whilst travelling in Bali I've 2 debit visa cars, both with tons of cash and virgin rejects both for payment only option is to ring Australia, which I won't for roaming cost reasons I travel to "png" a lot and seems they don't allow me to book and pay for Australian flights without getting on the phone to their Phillipines call centre
any suggestions? I even told my bank " boq" that I was travelling again to minimize heir "intelligent" anti scam system, but seems to no avail my other visa is with "bsp" bank in "png" also to no avail guess I'll have to resort to qantas?? ; ( other frustration is virgin don't have anyone to email: as I don't have phone connection) just maddening

Not that I know of, but they do have PayPal.

Maybe try buying a gift voucher and paying with that?

Problem with gift vouchers is it could take up to 2 days to be emailed the reference number.

Well you have the internet to rant on here, so how about using Skype to actually call Virgin... It's pretty much a free call........

I don't believe there is an option to use bPay.
I think it may be something to do with security measures websites have in place.
I used to operate through Bali about 3-4 times a month, I got locked out of my paypal account when I went to make a transaction because of my location - Indonesia.
Once I got back to AUS it was all sorted but didnt help me at the time as there was no warning, it was done by IP address.

As a work around for this instance, is it possible to get someone back in AUS to make and pay for the booking; then take it up when you return?
