Hi
I'm looking to book PER-TSV on VA and looks like I could choose from stopping in BNE, SYD or MEL. Are the lounges all very similar, or is any one of them better? Outside of that, can anyone think of reasons to choose any particular stopover rather than the others?
Many TIA

MEL would be my pick if you haven't been since the renovation. It is the best in my view but it's also the newest.

Id choose BNE, most direct, but also BNE-TSV has more re-booking options if your first flight is late.

Thanks all, some very helpful input already.
AIRwin; good idea but probably only going one way.

If status credits are important go via SYD or MEL as they are zone 2. PER to the East Coast is always zone 3; however BNE-TSV is zone 1.
Thanks antycbr, that's a good tip, something I would not have thought about.

MEL lounge is better than SYD. BNE is pretty good (actually I rate just above SYD) but if you want the status credits then @antycbr is on the money, pick the more southerly routes.
