Well you may have paid for them, since obtaining refunds from so many airlines is difficult. Imagine if it was as hard at Woolworths. Shoppers would be up in arms, but airlines, even with some fully flexible tickets, get away with it.

That's a good point. I just rechecked this and for those flights I received a refund less P2000 (AU$50) cancellation fee.
