I've just received an email from PR to say that my July flight SYD-MNL in J has been changed to a Wamos A330-200. Looking at the seatmap on EF, it's still 1-2-1, so not such a big deal, but there's no indication of what rows have window seats vs aisle seats (if you know what I mean).

Anyone know to to check this? And I guess the message is, you can't escape Wamos wherever you go...

I'm in the same boat (early July), so I was trying to find the seat information as well.

The Wamos site has quite detailed views of their planes, with nice 3D models and closeups of the seats, but the main detail missing is the seat/row numbers: Get to know our large and versatile fleet of A-330 | Wamos Air

The tech pages have a seat map as well: https://media.wamosair.com/informac...aviones/a330-200/pdf/ficha-tecnica-ec-nck.pdf - but still no numbers...

TripCase has this for my flight in July if it helps.

Seats have now changed! Not sure what aircraft is being used now.
I received the email from PR today advising thay my seat had changed for my flight SYD-MNL later this month, because of the new seating layout in Business.

From the seat map, the aircraft now seems to be EC-NCK or EC-NBN, rather than EC-NUI as it was previously..

I guess that if you try and run these planes MNL-SYD-MNL day in, day out. without a rest then something has to give...

EC-NCK is 2-4-2 down the back. No idea if its better or worse than PR's own planes although it felt a little strange flying to the Philippines with all the crew having Spanish accents. The IFE only had a handful of new movies.

I flew EC-NUI MNL-SYD yesterday, and I managed to stuff myself up after misreading the seatmap. After the aircraft change, I'd been allocated 2K, which I was convinced was one of the near-the-aisle seats, so I switched for 1K. Of course, I had it precisely backwards and got stuck right on the aisle :(

Flying Wamos PR209 next week. Expectations are low! Any thoughts on the pick of the J seats?

Rows 2 and 4 appear on EC-NUI to have the seat closest to the window - hence more privacy and no chance of being bumped by other passengers, or crew, during the night. So choose a seat such as 2A or 4A if still vacant.

I flew Wamos last month SYD-MNL in J. The aircraft was EC-NCK (they seem to rotate them) and the seats closest to the window were rows 1 and 3.

So you really need to know which aircraft you are flying on before you select your seat.
