Plane Spotters

imagine getting a loan for that in today's low rate atmosphere. You would need to have people and companies lined up 24 /7 to have it working all the time. So wether that is enough cash to payback the loan? Would anybody be interested?
 
Anyone recognise this B747, at LAX on 3/3/20? Pure white, with just a couple of windows on the upper deck.

Heard overhead this evening but not seen due to broken cloud at dusk.
Possibly related in some way to the current COVID-19 pandemic?
Note the flight history.

Could it be something to do with Edinburgh RAAF Base? The UK has just started operating their Version of the B737 Wedgetail and have been co-operating with the RAAF. Possibly interchange of specialist crew or similar.

Would have thought it would have flown straight to YPED if that was the case. I’m on base for most of this week so if it lands there I’ll go for a look

I am making it up as I go along - but perhaps new quarantine restrictions for Covid-19?

Looks like it's going to come into Canberra from the south, might step outside to have a look!

Just caught a glimpse of it, seemed to be much lower than the usual approaches into Canberra.
