I everyone, I joined at last after many months of reading your ueful tips and ideas, not to mention those great trip reports.
I am planning a trip to US and Canada next year and was thinking of flying to LA and then redeeming 25000 Krisflyer miles on a return flight to Halifax Canada, i'm pretty much up with the rules however do I have a question, I have looked at the flights using ANA and Continental reward tools do I have to plan my trip according to them or can I do a schedule bit by bit (flying from city to city) until I get there and back and call that a return trip.
Hope you understand my meaning.

I think you would have to take it in reasonably direct route on a *A flights.

When you say 'city by city' are you thinking stopovers or just plenty of same day sectors?

Same day sectors on a reasonable direct route, I was hoping to do as many flights as possible without backtracking.
