It is a scary thought. I think I might know a few QF lurkers that monitor this site but I do everything I can not to be too identifiable. The only problem is with that discussion where we identified what we do in life but I think I was fairly neutral with regards to my personal details.

delete the thread.

I'm sure someone in the future will want to take a trip like this

better that they still have the oppertunity.

just get rid of it to be safe.
however i cant see what they can do.
They can raise fares in egypt, but i think that would cut down on their market tehre almost completely
And i don't even know if they can raise the fares because they are oneworld fares, not qantas.

BTW on a seperate note.
You have till midnight tonight to book from sydney to honolulu for 559 return flying qantas. (no tax)

or 669ish untill tomorow midnight (including taxes)

davem, threads don't get deleted here or even locked - particularly when it's this entertaining.

Gordon, whilst I'm sure that QF lurkers monitor this site, there's nothing that they can really do about the foreign exchange differential in Egypt. This isn't the only country where you can "use" the weak currency to your own benefit - think about Thailand or Sri Lanka as other possible destinations to buy your tickets.
