No status but it is also not a lot of miles so I don't really care but it is not a good experience and would not leave me with a lot of confidence for any future issues to be resolved.Some people on FT would not be surprised at the incompetence of Delta Skypesos. I take it you don't have any status with them, so add "especially..." in the appropriate location.
