Please remind me - SG guesting into EK lounges when on a QF fare but EK metal?

I've got a friend coming with me to Egypt who has never travelled outside Australia or seen the inside of an airport lounge before. I'm SG travelling on a QF ticket/QF flight numbers but a combination of QF and EK metal - I know that I will be able to guest her into the QF lounges in Oz and Singapore, but will I be able to guest her into the EK lounges in DXB and on the return trip the EK lounge in Cairo?
