Hi all

I flew AKL-NSN and NSN-CHC 10 days ago (both flights had a VA codeshare and were booked through Virgin Australia). I haven't seen any points or SC for these flights yet. My understanding is that these flights are still eligible to earn both. Is this not the case or is ANZ slow to credit domestic flights to VA?

If I don't get these I'll be stuck on 990 SC - 10 short of Platinum! Hope they comp me.

I think it depends on which booking class you were booked on. Looking at the Velocity website;

Discount economy earn is Q, H, M, V, L, G, W
Economy earn is Y, B

Subject to being in the right fare class, sometimes they can take a bit longer than normal to come through.

I had 2 regional NZ flights recently, 1 posted within a day or so. The other, I put in a retro claim for as 18 days later it is still not through - and interestingly, it was for the flight I changed at the airport. I was there early and got them to shift me up a flight.
