Doesn't seem like it, this seems more of a "if you were a member at this date, you get the voucher" trigger.

Are the vouchers transferable (like someone else use the code) and stackable?

I'm a PC member (Not PC+), and the only voucher I have is a $50 Qantas Wine voucher (I've already used the $50 Hotels voucher).

The T&C indicate "Offer limited to Points Club and Points Club Plus members", but who knows if that is enforced.

I had this situation for some time. In the end I changed the email address in my profile and they began to flow again.

OK I will give this a go because I just don't get any emails except for the sale promotions... never had a platinum newsletter or anything else.
