Strange. Just checked my HH account which now correctly shows I've renewed HH Gold, however the last 4 stays points (which had posted) are now showing 0.

I wonder if it's a system problem? Has anyone else seen anything odd? Have just e-mailed them, so will see what they come back with.

My stay at the Hilton Perth last weekend has reverted to zero points (and my total points has decreased)

Stay count is correct though..

That's the same as what I'm seeing. OK, sounds like some sort of system error/maintenance being carried out then...... My total dropped considerably so made me

Same issue here as well.

My last stay is showing as pending and the three previous showing as zero points.

My last three stays are showing zero points. I really need them to credit so I can purchase a new JASA for next year. :)

My total has jumped back up 25k points, so looks like it's sorted now too.

And the clueless response from HH.

Did the points come back though :?:

Mine didn't :!:

What I don't understand is how I can have multiple stays all with the same bill total .. and get a different number of base points posting each time!

Yes, (although I guess, in my case, the stay never really left, just the points associated with it)

And they have deposited my double dip points into the frequent flyer account.

I was going to say how can you purchase a Qantas anyseat award with HHonors points but then realised you must be crediting the double dip to Qantas.

Well my account was OK with recent stays in PER and SYD credited OK, but just checking tonight, the points from those stays have disappeared. HH is one weird system. Will give it a day or two then correspond with them if the points are not restored (stay/night count seems OK).

Same here for tonight. Mine disappeared and came back a few weeks ago too..

If I could be bothered to work it out I would tell you!

Points are based on the US dollar as far as I'm aware.

So depending on the exchange rate on the day you checkout the base rate will always vary. Unless of course your stays are in the US at the same rate...

Points are back but now can't make new bookings.
