My accorhotels.com login seems to work fine for most of the site EXCEPT there are no details under "My Points History". To clarify, my recent stays are not showing as zero points, there is no stays showing at all. As far as I can tell my points balance (top right corner of the browser) is about right but I cannot see any information about points (reward or status points) anywhere in the account.

Previously I am fairly sure I could see the number of nights stayed this status year, status points and reward points (with expiry date) and elsewhere I could view the recent stays. None of this is now available.

I have tried clearing cookies, logout/back-in, different browsers, etc. no difference.

Anyone found this, and even better, a solution ?

I would be inclined to think that something is broken on the Accor end....

Thanks OzMark, I agree this is likely with Accor's track record with their english language site. I was wondering if it was affecting everyone or just me. Caan you see your points history?

Not at the moment!
In my experience with their website, bits and pieces come and go....

Same here, points etc are showing on mobile apps.

Thanks, glad it is not only me (sorry!) but I dread dealing with Accor customer "service".

OzMark, true their site, or bits, come and go but in this case the points history never came back.

It's more of a worry when any evidence of your loyalty account disappears altogether! Fortunately, it always returns in a day or so.

This happened to me too (about a week ago) but it has thankfully all returned along with a nice surprise... The 40k points I transferred to velocity a while ago have been re-credited to my account for some unknown reason, and still showing up on the other end!
