Wow, just had an extraordinary call - I just spoke with Daniel at the (I presume) Plat desk. He told me that no Velocity members members had EVER had their SCs moved in that way as it was utterly impossible on the system (Obviously not an IT savvy kinda guy). I pressed the piont saying I knew of at least 2 people who have managed it. He entrenched saying it was impossible even with an escalation (it's like he was daring me to escalate!
).
I asked him to explain how other people claimed to have done so and he suggested I double check with them as it was utterly impossible to do so on the system, reiterating that no customer ever had done so.
As a side note I also asked him about the habitual $4+ overcharge on web bookings - he said he'd never heard about it and that the total price was correct but that the return fare was displaying incorrectly and that as such it wasn't an overcharge!
I pointed out that if a fare is advertised at a certain price and then the system used a different price to calculate the total that it actually was an overcharge regardless of why the numbers we're incorrect. He seemed unimpressed and told me to email the feedback from the website!
What's going on?! :/
