Posting of points for travel on Hawaiian

What has been the experience of others who have traveled on HA flights in having points & SC's credited to their VFF account?

How long have you had to wait for the points & SC's to be credited and did it require a call to VFF? If so how long after did you call.

Do you remember how long after your flights that you called up?

I don't remember exactly, but it was about 6 weeks after the actual flight that they posted

I had to call Hawaiian just to add my Velocity number to a booking next year because their website gave no option for Velocity.

After linking it she specifically advised me to retain my tickets and boarding passes because apparently lots of people have to chase their points (le sigh).

We'll see how it goes!

As the OP for this thread I can report that my points & status credits for my HA flights from SYD-HNL-JFK taken on December 5 were posted to my account on December 13 automatically.

Just have to wait and see if points & status credits for my HA flights from JFK-HNL-SYD post just as quickly.
