Could be seen as RSD399 at least from south-east of Sunshine Coast to just north of Gympie, then it disappeared.

I think a few of the sites suppress the ADSB of certain aircraft, Balus captured Putin and AirForce1.

Putin's IL-96 wasn't visible either. Guess it reduces the chance of being shot down.

The German A340 was another 'no-comms a/c.

The A319 Brazilian Air Force was visible.

Here's hoping he flies home over Ukraine.

Well that's interesting to know. After watching a few documentaries I always thought the second 747 was always in tow as the back up.
Same here. They had a documentary about AF1 which included Bush's quick visit to Baghdad. They parked the 2nd at DOH.

not of to mention the KC135/KC10 tankers to refuel on way back to LOTFAP. Maybe VC25 can make it back but the others will need refuelling.

I dont think their were any KC10 or KC135, the C17s were out of Hickham which is well within range. There were a couple of C130J tankers for the CV22s

AF1 was stopping at Hickam for refuelling. Bear in mind that HNL is almost exactly half way between BNE and Washington.

I was looking at the FR24 app & saw TG474 take-off on RW01 just ahead of Putin but zip when the IL-96 was rolling as it was live on Channel 7 at the time.

So to sum it up, the US delegation consisted of:

1x VC25 (Amberley) = AF1
2x C-32A (Amberley) = backup for AF1 + Security personnel (?)
1x C-32A (BNE) = Secretary of Treasury transport
1x E-4B (SYD) = NEACP

I think there were also two or more Ospreys there too
