MEL-ADL, ADL-MEL, both sectors had only 1 PE pax.
I spoke with the hostie, and casually asked if there was any chance of being able to upgrade with points (thinking she wouldn't know anyway)... but she said they are going to run it for paid customers for now, but are looking at other ways of getting pax into the seats...
I think for DJ it would be a good way for people to burn off their points.
On both flights I heard the message about how the seats were available, and if you weren't sure on how you could be seated in these seats please speak with your friendly flight crew...
