Priority Club shopping - earn points at D Smiths and others

I made a purchase from oo.com.au in October and at first the points were pending, then a few weeks later they posted. From the Priority Shopping site, it takes you to the websites of the shops you are visiting, but the program obviously tracks you from Priority Shopping. I'm hoping the bonus points will also post as I made 3 transactions.
Hope this helps.

Thanks Di. My purchase was 10 weeks ago and the points still 'pending'. I have emailed them to query this and find out when they will be posted. The long delay certainly puts me off buying anything else through them.

Annoying! For whatever reason, my D Smith purchase of $69.95 for a computer keyboard on 21/11/2011 has been rejected!!!!

After following up with several emails to Priority Club my purchase has been rejected. I won't be wasting any time in the future trying to purchase anything via Priority shopping.

I think I have found a way to double dip,I logged in to PC shopping and was pleased to see that Virgin Wines are listed,I was going to sign up for Virgin Wines anyway, the PC offer is 1000 points but Virgin Wines also offer credit 3 points per $AUD to Velocity Rewards,I realise that 3 points is pretty small change but points are points and they all count, plus the 1000 PC points will come in very handy,I just hope I don't have any hassles with the points not posting which looking at some of the posts on this thread seems to be a common occurrence.
Cheers

Well the 1037 points for my purchase at Virgin Wines are showing on my PC shopping account, not showing in my PC rewards account yet though but when they do (assuming no hiccups) I will be PC Gold status, plus I get 3 Velocity points per dollar with Virgin Wines as well (yeah I know-big deal!).

Received this email today.

Got that email as well.

Apart from the fact that there's no details on how to get the "up to 1,500 points", I've given up on this program due to the fact that they are still advertising the iTunes store as a valid partner, even though there is absolutely no way for them to track purchases as they have to be made through the iTunes application (and I've pointed this out but it's gone completely ignored).

I have also asked them how to earn points on iTunes purchases and like you I have not had a response, however the site works well for me for other
purchases,as posted above my Virgin wines purchases posted and credited to my account within a few days and a purchase I made on oo.com.au on
Friday is showing as pending today.
So it does work for some sites, but they need to work out the iTunes issue or stop promoting them as a partner.

Oh, I received a response, but it said "follow the link provided on the PC shopping website", even though I had clearly stated that this won't work as you need to purchase through the iTunes application ... idiots.

Obviously they have never actually tried it themselves, seems stupid to promote something which is not actually possible-a shame really because it
lets down what is otherwise a good site.
(Having said that I take into account the comments from people who have had difficulty getting points to post and other difficulties-maybe
I'm just lucky so far)

I think they are aware!

Exclusions
Points are awarded based on the price of qualifying goods or services purchased, excluding shipping, applicable taxes and any special handling fees. Points are not earned on the purchase of plastic iTunes gift cardsor on purchases made through the iTunes application rather than your browser window.

or on purchases made through the iTunes application
Is there any other way of making an iTunes purchase except through the application?the browser window just opens up the page to download iTunes ,as far as I am aware(happy to be proven wrong) the ONLY way to buy something on iTunes is to open the application which you have already downloaded, and there is no way for PC Shopping site to track any iTunes purchase.

I pointed this out to them and the fact that through the iTunes application is the ONLY way to purchase, there is a web based app store that you can browse, but you can't actually purchase through it.

They conveniently ignored this fact when they replied to me ...

Has anyone received the 500 bonus points per transaction (up to 3)? It's been well past the 90 days.
