I had 2 US domestic flights on AA at the beginning of November. Maybe I am being impatient, but neither have shown up on the Qantas FF activity statement (unlike hotel and car hire points for the same period).

When I try to "Claim Missing Points", I get the error message "We are unable to action your request at this time. Try again later." I have tried over several days at different times, with the same error each time.

Is this is a general problem either with the system or for AA flights, or have I missed something?

As long as they are a eligble booking class there should be no issue, most off my AA flights are there within 72 hours and all within a week.

Give QF a call, they should be able to add the points on for you straight away.

Do you happen to know the booking class you were booked in?

Online claiming for AA flight has only recently become available. Maybe there's some bugs in it.

AA flights normally post to QFF within a few days.

Who did you book the travel through?

What cabin were you travelling in? I see posts indicating you were with your family.

That got me thinking...I found the boarding pass and found the list of eligible classes on the Qantas web page. Type Q and it is not on the list - Doh!

And I'm sure we've all done something similar at one time or another...:)
