Has anybody had a successful autotransfer of Flybuys points to Velocity points since the Velocity system "upgrade"? Mine isn't working and I'm reluctant to attempt a manual transfer in case they jusy disappear into the abyss.

Mine doesn't even say that. They just sit there gathering dust....

We just completed a 10000 bonus point offer on sunday. it has just posted in the flybuys account and a message that 10000 points are in the process of transferring.

I did a manual transfer yesterday and it appeared instantly in my Velocity account.
Funny thing was I had to use a different browser for it to work though.

Chrome kept failing so I resorted to Safari...

OK I reverted to superstition, turned autotransfer off and 5 min later back on. Immediately got the message "Transferring 7,000 points". On past form, this should happen around 6 pm this evening.

I suspect it had to be sort of kickstarted up again after the software update.

Think this could be in line my thoughts that the outage was due to them moving velocity to another platform / host.
Sounds like the API between the two isn't stable.

I'm having same issues. Autotransfer says its transferring 1,000 points but it just sits there and never moves. I've tried turning autotransfer off/on again, in the app, and on the web using different browsers. Makes no difference. Anyone learnt a trick that works?

I've been on autotransfer for a year or so, and found it normal for a delay of around 20 to 60 minutes while the points sit in the Flybuys window waiting for the transfer truck to come by.
