Has anyone else had delivery problems with Hunter Express? My bag left Luggage Gear last Wednesday and is yet to be delivered! It is a Sydney city to Sydney city delivery.
I've had a very bad experience here.. first they didnt recognise my 4 eligible stays despite it being on their own records (wtf!) and after 3 emails and chasing someone finally called me and i got an email to claim my reward. that was on Jan 20th, now 2 weeks later after claiming i still dont have anything.. I called them and they said to wait, i would get something by email soon. Have emailed them again today as this is just getting ridiculous.
Promotions like this should be hassle free. i really dont understand why some people get it in 2 days and others have to chase multiple times. I am Accor Platinum and all stays are recorded on the card.. surely there is a system doing this in the background, not humans??
