Promos on buying Etihad Guest miles

Hi everyone

A good use could be for award flights on American airlines
Lax - syd in business class is 62,500 miles while first class is only 72,500 miles.

Buy 50,000 *1.45 = 72,500 miles for $1470Aud.

There is some business/first class availability lax-syd up to 31 December.

The AA chart flying Business/First to North America is definitely the stand out redemption for Aussies to maximise points value using Etihad Guest. I’m honestly amazed that chart hasn’t been Enhanced already.

Locally, some other decent redemptions I like are with Virgin in Business for MEL-PER/AKL/WEL for 21,800 miles.

Agreed. Unfortunately AA availability is not that great in J/F, but if there are seats it's very good value.

VA isn't flying MEL-AKL or MEL-WLG any more, but MEL-PER is still a great one.
