Do F pax who are only travelling as far as SIN get PJs on this flight, or do they not start handing them out till the SIN-LHR leg?

I was given a pair in November 2011 without asking, along with the amenity kit, when only travelling to Singapore.

Also asked to swap my amenity kit for the ladies version (to give as a gift) and was given a second set of pyjamas/amenity kit.
