I've never used the PP feature of a Citi credit card yet. Tomorrow morning I'll be arriving in Brisbane from a Jetstar flight from Osaka. Then later tomorrow I'll complete the trip to Adelaide using a Virgin flight. My Citi credit card is a Qantas points card.

My question is: can I still use the $36 credit in Brisbane domestic airport even though I'll have a Virgin boarding pass instead of a Qantas boarding pass? Many thanks for any insight.

Assuming you have the Prestige card. It doesn't matter who you fly with, you can use the PP to redeem the $36 credit at any participating outlet.

I find most venues at Brisbane Domestic don’t even scan your boarding pass and just ask for your flight number.
