Qantas 2024 review

Top 1% for me too. Said combination of flights and cc / shopping earn.

Used more points on shopping. I know, not great value but no point dying with several million unused points!

Earned 151,508 Qantas Points You earned the most points
through Flights

You used a total of
427,800 Qantas Points
You used the most points on
Flight Rewards
You're in the top 5% of all Qantas Points earners
This is interesting to note. 151k points earned just tips you into Points Club territory meaning that they must have pegged it at 150k to be for the top 5%. PC+ is somewhere between 1% and 5% based on the patterns reported in this thread.

Top 5% according to my email for 207k earned and 622k redeemed. The earning side of the ledger mustn't include family transfers because a chunk of the redeemed points were for couple bookings after +1 transferred points to my account.

Only two thirds towards Flight club as they cap flying points to 20,000

I wonder why the globe 🌍 display above has everyone’s ’top destination’ in Africa? Melbourne is apparently close to Lake Victoria…
I saw someone else had Canberra as their top destination but the marker was on a point west of Cabo Verde in the Atlantic.
🤷‍♂️
QF work experience kids again?

I got the email, but it didn't tell me anything.

Hmmm... shows nothing on desktop, but has it on mobile. 🙃

which is what, 13 million+ nowadays? I don't think it's that far-fetched
Agreed.. a very low year on Qantas for me. More flights on SQ and VA.

2 flights (plus one code share that seemingly didn't count) - a NAN-SYD and a MEL-SYD (free rebooking thanks to Rex)
21,976 points earned, 20,000 redeemed (a J SIN-KUL on MH)..

And I'm in the Top 40%

So there is a very long tail.

What subject line was in the email? I'm yet to get one or just didn't spot the right message in the junk box.
Nothing here yet either….(and not in spam nor bin folders)…

I’m just assuming Qantas knows there’s 11 days left of 2024 and I’ve got some long haul flights yet to fly.

Flew Qantas several times this year in j. But no email for me. Son, in the UK, didn't fly Qantas at all. Email? Yep.

I have basically the same flying profile and points earn as SYD+1 but only 1 of 2 emails…🤷‍♂️
