I just noticed in my AMEX offers that I have an upgrade offer Gold CC to Ultimate. Spend $3000 in 1st 3 mths and get a bonus 40k (which would be very handy for retaining QF PC).

Normally, I’m excluded from sign up bonus being an existing card holder, but is the $450 annual fee worth it?

I’m QF WP/LTG and PC, so the lounge passes aren’t a lot of use (other than presents). There are 2x AMEX lounge passes also - not listed above.

I already have QF Wine via PC.

Comes down to whether I can use the $450 travel credit along with other vouchers and credits to use!

I have a QF Business Rewards cards that gives decent points earn but not quite as good as this one but the annual fee is only $160 (and I expense that).
