I have a problem with the Qantas App on Android when going through my trips. It will list my trips up to a certain date and I then have to hit the "Load all trips' button to display the rest. Lately, hitting that button returns an error message "Something went wrong We're having technical issues. Try again later" [AN02]"
All the trips display ok on the website in one go. I can also get all the trips displayed in the app by manually adding each and every trip after the initial list. This manual addition is tied to the mobile device not my account. I can log out and back in on a device I've done the manual addition on and the full list will still display. However not so on a device I've not done any manual trip additions. It will only display the list up to a point (31July in my case).
The 'Load all trips" button returns that error message even on the device I've done the manual additions (where there are actually no more trips to load).
Anyone else encountered this problem and have been able to find a resolution?
