Not really. QF don't allow booking of QF code shares in the USA without a QF flight into the USA. There may be some obscure ones as anat0l says, but you'd need to most likely fly JQ with the bolt on (and i'm guessing it's all QF group airlines they're banned from).

Well, this story and claim did remind me of the even more vexatious claim made by some lawyer in the USA for how many multiple millions over a dry cleaning stuff up. His case was thrown out with contempt and he was disbarred.

There are a plethora of codeshares on EK that anyone can buy. Hardly obscur e:!:. You don't have to go anywhere near the US. There's 3K and Jetstar Japan. Codeshares with OZ, MU, SA, etc ... So it is very easy to get 4~ without setting foot on QF metal. . If they were suspended as QFF members as well, that would be a different story....
